Affinia Healthcare Nationally Recognized for Health Information Technology

Affinia Healthcare has earned national recognition for providing high-quality healthcare to the St. Louis community. 

The U.S. Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA) recently awarded Affinia Healthcare with a badge from the Community Health Quality Recognition (CHQR) for Health Information Technology.  

The CHQR badges recognize health center program awardees and look-alikes (LALs) that have made notable achievements in the areas of access, quality, health information technology, and health outcomes using Uniform Data System data from the most recent reporting period.

Affinia Healthcare earned the recognition based on the following criteria for the category:  

Health Information Technology: Meets all criteria to optimize HIT services that advance telehealth, patient engagement through HIT, exchange of clinical information online with key providers’ health care settings, and collection of social determinants of health data to increase access to care and advance quality of care.
