Dr. Carla Duban
Pediatrics
Dr. Duban received a BA from Loyola University of Chicago and graduated from Chicago Medical School at Rosalind Franklin University of Medicine and Science. She completed a residency at Brooke Army Medical Center in San Antonio, TX.
Kathleen Guerrein
Nurse Practitioner/Pediatrics
Kathleen Guerrein, RN, MSN, ARNP, received her undergraduate degree from Maryville University and her master's from Saint Louis University. She is Board Certified in Pediatrics.

Dr. Caroline Iskander
Pediatrics
Dr. Caroline Iskander is board certified in sports medicine. She offers non-surgical orthopedic and concussion care for all ages, and at all stages of physical fitness. She can help to treat osteoarthritis, sprains, and concussions among a range of other injuries. She is proficient at joint and soft tissue injections and offers ultrasound-guide injections in knees, shoulders, hips, wrists, and fingers. She has sports medicine clinic at the North Florissant location on Thursdays.
Brandy Macon

Brandy L. Macon, MMS, PA-C received her undergraduate degree from Saint Louis University and a Master's in Medical Science from Saint Louis University. Brandy is a board-certified Physician Assistant.
Rajeev John

Rajeev was born in India, where he earned his master’s in Social Work. He also has a MSW from Washington University. He joined Affinia Healthcare 32 years ago so that he could help people. When he’s not helping people, he enjoys traveling.

Dr. Qian earned her DMD degree at Case Western Reserve University.
Dr. Patrick Battaglia
Chiropractor
Dr. Patrick J. Battaglia is a clinician within Logan’s Integrative Heath Centers and assistant professor of radiology in the Doctor of Chiropractic program. He earned his Doctor of Chiropractic degree from Logan University in 2012, and subsequently completed a 3-year residency in diagnostic imaging, becoming board certified in chiropractic radiology in 2016. He has also completed a 1-year fellowship in diagnostic imaging, with emphasis on ultrasound of the musculoskeletal system. Dr. Battaglia’s clinical interests include assimilating chiropractic care into traditional multidisciplinary medical settings, and implementing diagnostic ultrasound into routine musculoskeletal practice. His research interests include studying the sonoanatomy of various musculoskeletal structures, especially important structures of the arch of the foot in people with flatfoot deformity.

Dr. Sangani earned her DDS at The UCLA School of Dentistry and completed her MPH at The University of Texas School of Public Health in Houston.

Sonia earned her bachelor’s degree from Lindenwood University, and her master’s in Social Work from Saint Louis University. A native of Jamaica (West Indies), Sonia grew up Brooklyn, NY. She loves working in a clinical environment.
