After-Hours Patient Instructions
Affinia Healthcare’s regular hours of operations are listed below for each location. If you are experiencing a medical emergency please call 911 or proceed to the nearest emergency room. If you have an urgent matter after-hours and must reach your doctor before the next business day, please call (314) 273-2028 and someone will be able to assist you. We also offer walk-in Urgent Care Services Monday through Friday 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., at the 2220 Lemp Avenue location.

Our St. Louis Dental Center’s experienced oral healthcare team offers urgent care dental services, general and specialty services including comprehensive exams and individualized treatment plans for patients of all ages.

Services:
Affinia Healthcare provides on-site healthcare services, like immunizations and flu shots, well child visits, hearing and vision screening, growth assessments, and lead and hemoglobin tests.

Salvation Army Midtown Services and Treatment Center
