Medical Convenience Care

Affinia Healthcare provides Medical Convenience Care at the following location:

Monday – 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Tuesday – 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Wednesday – 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Thursday – 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Friday – 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Saturday – Closed
Sunday – Closed

Affinia Healthcare Convenience Care is staffed by physicians, nurse practitioners, nurses and other healthcare professionals.

The services offered include:
* Screenings & physical exams (e.g., school, sports, employment, adoption)

* immunizations/vaccinations
* tuberculosis (TB) screening tests
* cold & flu symptoms/sore throat
* ear pain/infection
* pinkeye
* allergies
* minor skin rashes/infections
* minor cuts, burns, bites, & stings
* sprains & strains
* nausea, vomiting, diarrhea (w/o signs of dehydration)
* asthma/COPD
* pregnancy testing
* STI testing & treatment

The Convenience Care copay starts at $75. Affinia Healthcare accepts Medicaid, Medicare, and most private insurances. Convenience Care offers a sliding fee scale to patients who meet certain income requirements. Patients who apply and are eligible will pay a discounted fee. Proof of income is required. Payments are due at the time of service.
