The new Affinia Healthcare center is located at 3396 Pershall Road, adjacent to the Emerson YMCA. Here are some highlights of this new location:

• Midwifery services are provided by certified nurse-midwives/family nurse practitioners.
• WIC, lactation, and case management support on-site.
• Approximately 15,000 square feet of operations space.
• Operating hours of Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.; will employ 35 new full-time staff.
• Your Primary Health Home for pediatrics, family medicine, OB/GYN care, and dental care.
• Primary care will include substance use disorder treatment and behavioral health care.
