The Affinia Healthcare location in Pagedale will be closed for patient care on Wednesday, September 14, and Friday, September 16. Normal operating hours will be in place for Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday of next week. This change in hours of operations only applies to the Affinia Healthcare location at 6763 Page Avenue in Pagedale. All other locations will maintain the regular hours of operation.
