Following a comprehensive national search, the Affinia Healthcare Selection Committee is pleased to announce Dr. David A. Miller has been appointed Vice President and Chief Operating Officer. He will assume his new role on March 1.  

Currently, he serves as the Affinia Healthcare Convenience Care Clinical Director and Assistant Medical Director, where he has played an instrumental role in advancing high-quality, patient-centered care and strengthening clinical operations across the organization. 

“I am grateful for the opportunity to contribute more directly to the continued success and forward momentum of Affinia Healthcare and its innovative support of our communities,” said Affinia Healthcare Convenience Care Clinical Director and Assistant Medical Director Dr. David Miller. “While my new role marks a career change for me as a clinician, it’s one I embrace and have prepared for.” 

Dr. Miller brings more than a decade of dedicated service to Affinia Healthcare, having served in key clinical and leadership roles since 2014. In addition to his time with Affinia Healthcare, Dr. Miller has an extensive background in the medical industry and is a nationally recognized and award-winning author and photographer.

As Vice President and COO, Dr. Miller will oversee operational strategy and support continued innovation in care delivery, ensuring Affinia Healthcare remains a trusted leader in community health.
