Affinia Healthcare President & CEO Dr. Kendra Holmes was recently interviewed for The Will’s Way radio show on Hot 104.1 FM where she discussed several health issues facing our community. Dr. Holmes shared information on current legislation that would extend Medicaid benefits for postpartum mothers from 60 days to one year. This move would help improve the maternal mortality rate, which puts Missouri in 44th place in the country. Dr. Holmes also discussed the required Medicaid renewals this year.
