Affinia Healthcare provides trusted health services through highly qualified and dedicated professionals at our locations. These clinicians, working alongside our dedicated staff and volunteers, have received their training and certifications from some of the most highly regarded programs in the nation.

We have three School based health care locations. These centers provide routine health care, i.e., physicals, exams, and immunizations. We also provide behavioral health services. School-based healthcare is available to students & their families, and school staff.
