Application Requirements
- Graduate of U.S. or Canadian medical school accredited by LCME, or U.S. osteopathic medical school accredited by AOA
- No more than two years since medical school graduation unless currently enrolled in a residency or fellowship program
- Medical school transcript
- Dean’s letter
- 3 letters of recommendation, at least one from a Family Medicine physician
- Curriculum vitae
- Personal statement
- USMLE or COMLEX scores
- Ability to meet all requirements for Missouri and Illinois medical licenses and ABFM board eligibility
- English proficiency
International Medical Graduates
- Graduate of medical school outside of the US with a currently valid ECFMG certificate or full and unrestricted license to practice medicine in a US licensing jurisdiction.
- Non-US citizens must obtain a valid J1 visa before the program start date of July 1. We do not sponsor H1 visas.
- If more than two years have passed since medical school graduation, evidence of strong clinical experience or an advanced degree.
Important information
- Application deadline: November 15, 2025
- Interviews will be held on Wednesdays and Thursdays beginning in October with both virtual and in-person options available.
- Preference will be given to applicants with strong commitment to Family Medicine and underserved care with evidence of relevant experience.
- No minimum USMLE or COMLEX scores are required, but applicants should have no more than two unsuccessful attempts.
- We are unable to reimburse travel and lodging expenses.
- We are unable to offer observerships or shadowing experiences at this time.
