Kenneth E. Hemba, M.D., is a board-certified Family Medicine physician. Originally from southeastern Wisconsin, he obtained his undergraduate degree from Lawrence University in Appleton, Wisc., followed by Jefferson Medical College and the Jefferson Family Medicine Residency, both in Philadelphia, Penn. He is passionate about providing primary care for entire families from newborns through grandparents. His practice includes prenatal care, obstetric deliveries, mental health care and treatment for opioid use disorder.
Dr. Iesha Draper, DO, FAAP, is a board-certified general pediatrician who grew up in Dellwood, Mo. Never straying too far from home, Dr. Draper earned her bachelor’s degree from University of Missouri-St. Louis; doctorate in Osteopathic Medicine from A.T. Still University-Kirksville, Mo.; and completed her residency at Cardinal Glennon Children’s Hospital/St. Louis University.
A native of north St. Louis County, Dr. Abernathy earned her bachelor’s degree in biology from Xavier University of Louisiana, and her doctorate in medicine (with distinction in Community Service) from Saint Louis University School of Medicine. She completed her residency training at Southern Illinois University Center for Family Medicine in Springfield, Ill.
Carter started her nursing career more than 25 years ago graduating from St. Louis Community College at Florissant Valley in 1998. She earned her bachelor's degree in Nursing from Webster University with departmental honors. As a Clinic Coordinator at Affinia Healthcare Adult Medicine, she concentrates on Medication Assisted Treatment for individuals with opioid and alcohol use disorder. She earned her doctorate in Nursing Practice degree from the University of Missouri-St. Louis.
Tiraé is a St. Louis native, and a product of both Hazelwood School District and Lutheran High School North. She earned her bachelor’s degree from Vanderbilt University where she also discovered her passion to improve and address racial disparities in maternal and infant health. This led her to return to St. Louis to pursue a master’s degree in Public Health with an emphasis in Maternal Child Health at Washington University in Saint Louis. She then earned her master’s in Nursing from Vanderbilt University School of Nursing and became a Certified Nurse Midwife and Family Nurse Practitioner.
Originally from Lafayette, La., Hali received her bachelor’s degree in public health and her master’s degree in Public Health/Maternal Child Health from Tulane University in New Orleans. In New Orleans, she developed her passion for reproductive justice and health equity and found her calling as a birthworker. She then went on to earn her master’s degree in Nursing at Vanderbilt University and become a Certified Nurse Midwife and Family Nurse Practitioner. Hali is committed to meeting the holistic health needs of individuals and families across the lifespan, addressing racial disparities in health outcomes, and providing compassionate, high-quality care for LGBTQIA+ folx.
Hill is a St. Louis native who earned bachelor’s degrees in Nursing and French from Missouri Southern State University. She continued her studies in Nursing (specializing in Midwifery) at the University of Illinois-Chicago where she earned her master’s degree. A healthcare professional with more than 20 years in maternal-child healthcare including 15 as a nurse-midwife, Hill has extensive experience in hospital and birth center settings.
Amy earned her bachelor's degree in Community/Public and School Health, and an associate's degree in Dental Hygiene. She has 20+ years in private and public health and dental hygiene experience and five years' experience as a Dental Hygiene Educator at St. Louis Community College.
