All offices and health centers will close early at 3 p.m., Thursday, July 3. All sites will close Friday, July 4 for the Independence Day holiday.

Affinia Healthcare selected for COVID-19 testing collaboration with MO DHSS and U.S. DHSS

Affinia Healthcare has been tapped by the Missouri Department of Health and Senior Services in partnership with the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services to provide additional access for free COVID-19 testing.
