Urgent Care at the Lemp Avenue location will close at 1 p.m. Oct. 25. This only applies to the Urgent Care at Lemp. All other locations will have normal operating hours today.

All sites will be closed Thursday morning. All sites (except for the Ferguson site) will open for patients at 1 p.m. Thank you.
The Dental Urgent Care at St. Louis Dental Center will be closed Friday, Nov. 17.
The St. Louis Dental Center and all Affinia Healthcare offices and health centers will be close at 3 p.m. on Wednesday, Nov. 22; closed Nov. 23 & 24.
