Dr. Iesha Draper has been promoted to Assistant Director, Pediatrics, with Affinia Healthcare.

Dr. Draper is a North County native and graduate of Riverview Gardens High School. She earned her bachelor’s degree at the University of Missouri-St. Louis, and doctorate in Osteopathic Medicine from A.T. Still University in Kirksville, Mo. She completed her residency in Pediatrics at Cardinal Glennon Children’s Hospital/St. Louis University.

Dr. Draper has worked in the community health center setting for over five years, joining Affinia Healthcare at Ferguson in 2023. She is passionate about caring for children in the community and has a focus on behavioral health and autism screening. Dr. Draper looks forward to advocating for patients and colleagues on a larger scale.
