Unhoused Services include:

• Appointment assistance for medical, dental and other Affinia Healthcare services
• Assistance with health insurance information and enrollment
• Patient healthcare navigation, such as assistance accessing our various locations and services
• Mental health services and referrals
• Substance abuse screening, counseling, referrals and navigation assistance

Our Unhoused Team collaborates with several community partners including St. Patrick Center, Bridgeway Healthcare, City Hope St. Louis, and the Salvation Army’s Harbor Light Center.
