Outreach Services are available at Affinia Healthcare locations for patients of all ages. Outreach staff provide assistance with Medicaid and Health Insurance Marketplace applications, as well as information about Affinia Healthcare services.

A Conversation - Men's Mental Health
The Health Outreach team holds a monthly session to focus on men’s mental health, A Conversation. The sessions are led by Mr. Etoya White, a licensed professional counselor, and are free and open to the public. Sessions will be held from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. at 1717 Biddle Street location.
