Audiology
Overview
Audiology Services available at Affinia Healthcare are for patients of all ages. Audiology Services are offered through a collaboration with The Center for Hearing and Speech.
Audiology is a clinical service evaluating and treating most hearing disorders. Audiologists can determine when someone is in need of a hearing aid, as well as counsel the patient about the benefits and limitations of using a hearing aid.
Comprehensive audiologic evaluations, including:
- Tympanometry
- Air and Bone Conduction
- Pure Tone Thresholds
- Speech Discrimination Testing
The Center for Hearing & Speech provides hearing aids through its financial assistance programs, as well as additional hearing aid services, including:
- custom ear-mold impressions for new or existing hearing aids
- minor on-site hearing aid repairs
- hearing aid programming adjustments
Affinia Healthcare now offers Audiology Services on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays for patients of all ages! This care is offered through a partnership with The Center for Hearing and Speech.
Hours: 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
