Dr. Mihiret Belihu
Family Practice
Dr. Mihiret Million Belihu received her medical degree from University of Gondar in Gondar, Ethiopia. She completed her family medicine residency at Mercy Family Medicine in St louis MO and has also received a diploma from the institute for international medicine and public health. She is board certified in Family medicine. She speaks fluent English and Amharic. Her professional interests include primary care for all ages including newborns, and women’s health.
Angela Schiefelbein
Nurse Practitioner
Angela Schiefelbein is a Family Nurse Practitioner and cares for all family members of any age (including kids, adults, women’s health and pregnant women). Angela has been working at Affinia Healthcare for 15 years, and speaks Spanish and Portuguese. She loves helping patients wherever they are on their own path of health and wellness.
Dr. Thomas Kuciejczky-Kernan
Family Practice
Dr. Kuciejczyk-Kernan is board-certified in both family and integrative medicine. He applies a “functional” and mind-body medicine approach to help his patients heal the root causes of their chronic illness. Dr. K-Kernan has worked at Affinia for 28 years, and serves as an assistant medical director.
Dr. Mary Keegan
Dr. Keegan earned her undergraduate degree from Northwestern University and her Doctorate of Medicine from University of Missouri School of Medicine. She completed her residency training at Washington University/Barnes Jewish Hospital. She is board certified in Obstetrics and Gynecology.
Dr. Christopher Prater
Internal Medicine/Pediatrics
Christopher Prater, MD is a primary care physician with an interest in immigrant and refugee health. He graduated from Michigan State University College of Human Medicine, and completed a combined residency in internal medicine and pediatrics at Christiana Care Health System in Delaware. He worked in a community health center in Baltimore for three years prior to moving to St. Louis, where he is originally from, in 2017.
