COVID-19 Vaccines are currently offered to anyone age 5+ at:

Affinia Healthcare at Salvation Army Midtown Treatment and Services Center
2900 Washington Avenue, St. Louis, MO 63103

Thursdays 9 A.M. to 11:30 A.M.
Fridays 9 A.M. to 2:00 P. M.

Walk-ins are welcomed on a first-come, first-served basis, while COVID-19 vaccine lasts. A parent/guardian must be present to consent for a vaccine in someone less than 18 years old.

NOTE: Affinia Healthcare also offers COVID-19 vaccines for children 6 Months to 5 Years old by appointment, at our locations where pediatric primary care is provided. Parents or guardians can make an appointment for their children by calling our appointment line at 314-814-8700.

Space

The COVID-19 Vaccine is available to anyone 6 months of age or older. An appointment is required for children 6 months to 5 years of age. All children under 18 years old must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.

Affinia Healthcare patients with clinical appointments at our South Broadway, Biddle, Lemp, Page, and North Florissant locations may ask to receive the vaccine at the time of their other scheduled appointments at these locations.  **The Moderna vaccine is only available at our 2900 Washington Avenue location, during the hours listed above. 

Pediatric Vaccines

The Pfizer vaccine is currently available for children 6 months and older, at Affinia Healthcare. An appointment is required for children 6 months to 5 years of age. A parent/guardian must be present to consent for a vaccine in someone less than 18 years old.

Boosters

The “boosters” for the Pfizer vaccine is are now available for eligible individuals 5 years of age and older and for the Moderna and Johnson and Johnson vaccines for eligible individual 18 years of age and older. Boosters are now available for some individuals who received the second dose of the Pfizer or Moderna vaccine at least 5 month ago or the Johnson and Johnson vaccine 2 months ago. A parent or guardian must be present for vaccination of individuals under 18 years of age. To determine if you should get a booster, follow the link below.

Pfizer COVID-19 Vaccine

Available for individuals 5 years old or over.  A parent or guardian must be present for vaccination of children 5 to 17 years of age. The “booster” for the Pfizer vaccine is now available for some individuals who received the second dose of the Pfizer vaccine 5 months ago.

Moderna COVID-19 Vaccine
