Get the COVID-19 Vaccine
COVID-19 Vaccines are currently offered to anyone who is 5 years of age or older at:

Thursday: 9:00 a.m. to 11:30 a.m.
Friday: 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.
Walk-ins are welcomed on a first-come, first-served basis, while COVID-19 vaccine lasts. A parent/guardian must be present to consent for a vaccine for someone less than 18 years old.
COVID-19 UPDATE: March 10, 2022
Surgical masks are now required at all Affinia Healthcare locations for anyone 2 years and older. If patients do not have surgical masks, Affinia Healthcare will provide them.

No appointment needed. Open to the public. (Schedule subject to change due to weather or other circumstances.)
There is no out-of-pocket cost for COVID-19 testing. However, we do ask patients to provide their proof of I.D., and their health insurance information (if applicable), for billing purposes.
Upon arrival at Affinia Healthcare, please park, then call (314) 443-5874. The COVID tester will respond to your call and ask your name, DOB, and phone number. Please stay in your car until you receive further instructions.
