Dr. David Miller
Urgent Care/Family Practice
Dr. David A. Miller, MD, MHA, FAAFP, is the clinical director of Affinia Healthcare’s Urgent Care and has practiced medicine in the St. Louis area for almost 25 years. He received a BA in Biology and Chemistry from the University of Missouri – St. Louis, an MD from the University of Missouri – Columbia, and completed a Family Medicine residency at the former St. Johns Mercy Medical Center (now Mercy). He is additionally certified in urgent care management from the Urgent Care Association of America and completed his Masters in Health Administration from Webster University. A nationally-recognized and award-winning author and photographer, Dr. Miller is active in emergency management and disaster relief at all levels of response and is a volunteer physician at Volunteers in Medicine – West County clinic. He is a former president of the St. Louis Academy of Family Physicians as well as the Family Health Foundation of Missouri, and served on the board of directors of the Missouri Academy of Family Physicians for many years.

Dr. Margaret Baum

Dr. Baum attended St. Louis University where she graduated summa cum laude with degrees in English and Women’s Studies. She then attended the Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine where she graduated with her MD in 2001. She completed her internship in OB/GYN at University of Texas Southwestern and her residency at Washington University School of Medicine. She has been an attending physician at Affinia Healthcare for 12 years. She also is faculty in the Women, Gender and Sexuality Studies Department at Washington University. In addition to her work at Affinia Healthcare, she practices at the Hope Clinic for Women, Planned Parenthood of Missouri and Planned Parenthood of Illinois. She has worked overseas, most recently in the Philippines and China and has plans to travel to Uganda.

Dr. Melissa Tepe, MD, MPH is Affinia Healthcare's chief medical officer. She earned her Bachelor of Science from Yale University; Master of Public Health from Columbia University; and Medical Doctorate from Albert Einstein College of Medicine. She completed her residency at Washington University/Barnes Jewish hospital. Dr. Tepe is a board certified Obstetrician-Gynecologist.

Dr. Jennifer Marks-Foster
Psychologist
Dr. Marks-Foster is a licensed clinical psychologist who received her doctorate in March of 2015 from the APA accredited American School of Professional Psychology at Argosy University: San Francisco Bay Area. She completed her pre-doctoral internship at the County of Orange Healthcare Center’s Youth Reporting Center, a day treatment facility for school aged probationers. She spent her post-doctoral residency working with adult offenders at Farmington and Potosi Correctional Centers in Missouri. Dr. Marks-Foster currently works at Affinia Healthcare as a Clinical Psychologist in the Child Development Center. In addition to her doctorate in clinical psychology, Dr. Marks-Foster obtained a master’s degree in sociology from the University of Central Missouri. Dr. Marks-Foster specializes in the treatment of adolescent and adult mood and behavioral disruptions, chronic mental illness, and familial discord.

Gina Cato has been part of the Center staff since 2004 and has more than 17 years of speech-language pathology experience. She attended Truman State University and Southeast Missouri State University for her undergraduate degree and earned her master’s degree in Communication Disorders at Southeast Missouri State University. Gina belongs to the American Speech Language-Hearing Association and holds a Certificate of Clinical Competence in speech-language pathology.
